2. Eligibility

3. Membership Plans

4. Subscription Payments

Memberships are billed on a recurring subscription basis.

By purchasing a membership you authorise us to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle until cancelled.

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change.

If membership pricing changes, existing members will retain any pricing or promotional rate they have been granted unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time through your MemberSpace account or by contacting us.

If you cancel:

Your subscription will not renew.
You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Access will automatically end once your billing period expires.

Cancelling your membership does not entitle you to a refund for payments already made.

6. Refunds

Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, downloads and educational resources, all membership payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If you experience an issue with your membership, please contact us and we will always do our best to help.

7. Your Account

When creating an account you agree to:

Purchasing a membership gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use these resources for your own personal or business use.

Ownership of all intellectual property remains with The PlayBook.

10. Downloadable Resources

As part of your membership you may download digital resources for use within your own business.

You may use downloaded resources to create content, marketing materials or client work where permitted.

However, you may not:

Resell any resource as your own.
Share downloads with anyone else.
Upload resources to another membership or marketplace.
Redistribute files in any format.
Claim ownership of our resources.

Your membership grants access to use our resources—it does not transfer ownership of them.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

From time to time we may temporarily suspend access to:

We will always try to minimise disruption wherever possible.

17. Changes to the Membership

Where possible, we will attempt to resolve issues with you before taking action. However, in serious cases, we may suspend or permanently terminate access immediately.

Termination of your membership does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the termination date.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The PlayBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, membership or digital resources.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Technical issues outside of our control.

Our total liability in connection with any claim relating to your membership or use of The PlayBook shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us for your membership during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

20. No Guarantees

While we are passionate about helping our members grow, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using The PlayBook.

Your success depends on many factors outside of our control, including your experience, commitment, industry, audience, market conditions and individual circumstances.
